MARCO ISLAND, Fla. -- A pair of Collier County residents were arrested Sunday evening after an officer found them performing a sex act on the beach and didn't stop when the officer arrived.
It happened around 6:30 p.m. Sunday on the beach in the 700 block of S. Collier Drive in Marco Island.
According to a Marco Island Police report, a caller reported the couple to police, and a responding officer found two people laying down in front of the beach access.
The couple was arrested and charged with Exposure of Sexual Organs.
