CAPE CORAL, Fla. - A couple's fight in the parking lot of a Steak 'N Shake leads to a man's arrest.
Police were called to the Steak N' Shake on Pine Island Road in Cape Coral after a 911 call about a couple arguing in the parking lot. The caller fearing the argument would turn physical.
When police arrived, the woman's boyfriend, Jacob Cox, had already left. He was seen walking towards the Lowe's. Police were not able to locate him, so they left. Cox then came back to the Steak 'N Shake where police say he started a disturbance with another man.
Cape Coral Police say Cox appeared to be "very" intoxicated and sweating profusely. He admitted to police he had gotten into an argument with his girlfriend, left, then came back and said some "immature" things to another man.
Police determined Cox had warrants, and was taken into custody.
