UPDATE (10AM) -- Troopers say a teenaged driver was injured Wednesday morning in a crash involving a semi truck and an SUV.

According to Florida Highway Patrol, 17-year-old Michelle O'Rawe of Punta Gorda was driving south on Interstate 75 on the Peace River Bridge just before 7 a.m. when the crash happened.

Troopers say O'Rawe attempted to change lanes between two large trucks where there was not enough space.  Her SUV began to fishtail then hit the concrete barrier and overturned.  A car hauler carrying 7 vehicles was unable to avoid the SUV and hit it.

O'Rawe was transported to Bayfront Punta Gorda with minor injuries.

The truck's driver was uninjured.

The crash caused road blockage in the southbound lanes for over two hours while crews cleaned up the scene.

All lanes are now open.

O'Rawe is charged with Careless Driving.
