CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. -- A crash involving two trucks was causing a long backup on Interstate 75 in Port Charlotte Thursday morning.
The crash was on the Peace River Bridge in the southbound lanes, after the Harborview Road exit (#167), and involved a tractor trailer and a dump truck.
The crash had traffic reduced to one lane southbound, but all lanes are now open again.
It's not clear whether the morning's thick fog was a factor in the crash.
