Kelsey Spurgeon told police her adopted father poured candle wax on her, and dug a drill into her toe.

Last year, Daniel and Jenise Spurgeon were arrested in Cape Coral.  They are facing hundreds of charges including sexual batter, sodomy and human trafficking.

Kelsey Spurgeon, now 19, told police the abuse started when she was 12, while the family lived in Alabama.

She told police in Florence, Alabama her father Daniel would take her to the basement while her mother, Jenise, took the rest of the kids to swim practice.

"I would stand in the middle of the basement naked and blindfolded," Kelsey said in the report.  "Naked? asked the detective, "yes," replied Kelsey.

"When he was done doing what he was doing, he would almost always apologize."

Kelsey also told investigators she woke up to her foster dad sexually abusing her.

She says she didn't know her siblings were being abused until the family moved to Cape Coral.

"They were laying on the floor with their feet tied together and their hands tied together, and they had tape over their eyes," Kelsey told investigators.

"He told me if I said anything he would kill them."

Kelsey's father Daniel is in the Lee County Jail, his trial is set for June.  Her mother Jenise is in the process of being extradited back to Alabama.
