FORT MYERS, Fla. — A missing 9-year-old boy was found by the Lee County Sheriff's Office early Sunday morning.
Deputies say they responded to the area of Carolina Avenue in Fort Myers in reference to the missing child.
Authorities began an extensive search of the area using advanced technology, found his location and brought him home.
