LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. — The Lee County Sheriff's Office is investigating a deputy-involved shooting that happened around 5 a.m., Feb. 11, at the 3000 block of 68th St W, in Lehigh Acres.
A man was shot in the leg and suffered minor injuries.
A deputy discharged a firearm at the scene. It is unclear if the incidents are connected. The details surrounding this aspect of the incident remain under investigation.
