ARCADIA, Fla. -- DeSoto County deputies are still trying to figure out who tied a dog inside of a plastic trash bag.
A deputy found the dog in the area of Southwest Hillsborough Avenue, in Arcadia on Thursday.
He then freed the pup.
They are now trying to find the people responsible for leaving the pup tied up in the plastic bag to suffocate.
