LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- Firefighters are giving credit to a driver for doing the right thing during an emergency on Estero Parkway.
The person's car caught fire on Monday. The images of the car are provided by the San Carlos Park Fire District.
They say the biggest danger in this kind of situation is carbon monoxide, which you can't smell or see.
So they say the driver did the right thing getting well away from the car as they put out the flames.
No word yet on what caused the car to catch fire.
