A driver in a crash that happened on Thursday in the 1300 block of Cape Coral Parkway West has died, according to Cape Coral Police.
Police say Dolores Fiorentini was traveling on the wrong side of the roadway and collided with a second oncoming car.
On Saturday, Major Crash Investigators was notified that Dolores Fiorentini, 77, of Cape Coral, passed away in the hospital due to complications resulting from the injuries she suffered in the crash.
Police say this crash is drug/alcohol related.
The driver of the second car sustained minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
