CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla — The Charlotte County Sheriff's Office says an Englewood man is facing 83 charges related to crimes against children.
The agency posted about the arrest on Facebook.
48-year-old James Palmucci is currently in the Charlotte County jail.
Investigators say the charges include being in possession of child porn, battery of child by throwing bodily fluids, and lewd and lascivious molestation of children under 12 years of age.
Palmucci bond is set at $1,400,000.00.
"It's simple. If you prey on our children, we're going to prey on you, " states Sheriff Bill Prummell.
