COLLIER COUNTY, Fla — An Everglades City man is facing multiple Child Pornography charges after being arrested at his home on Tuesday.

Justin Stalter is charged with 20 counts of possession of Child Pornography.

The Collier County Sheriff's Office says their investigation started with a cyber tip back in May.

Investigators say the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children sent a tip regarding the uploading of child pornography to a Dropbox account.

According to the tip, the suspect's account uploaded multiple files containing child pornography.

Investigators say the suspect's account had the screen/user name was Justin S and an email address that contained the word “jstalter.”

After reviewing the files, CCSO detectives said they all contained videos showing children engaging in sexual acts with other children and adults.

Detectives say the children appeared to be between the ages of 5 to 15-years-old.

The investigation led detectives to discover that Stalter was uploading child pornography.

CCSO deputies from the Special Crimes Bureau and the Special Response Bureau executed a search warrant at Stalter’s home on Tuesday.

Additional child pornography was found on a laptop computer.

Investigators say Stalter also faces one count of possession of child pornography with intent to promote and one count of transmission of child pornography.
