BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. --- Everglades Wonder Gardens is offering ,"Yoga with the Flamingos" classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Classes begin at 8 a.m. through May 31, 2018.
The 45-minute meditative yoga sessions will be held on the Everglades Wonder Gardens' organic Zoysia grass lawn, next to the Flamingo Lagoon.
"The sessions take place before the Gardens open to the public," said Susanna Tocco a certified yoga instructor and licensed massage therapist. "The Flamingo Lagoon is the ideal, peaceful spot to get centered and work on strength and flexibility - both physical and mental."
The cost for Everglades Wonder Garden members is $5 dollars, while the cost for non-members is $10 dollars per class.
The Everglades Wonder Gardens is a community centerpiece with rare and exotic plants and wildlife.
