COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. — Florida Highway Patrol responded to a fatal accident involving a park ranger car and motorcycle in Ochopee off US 41 on Saturday. The crash happened at 1:30 pm at the intersection Tamiami Trail East and Burns Road. Troopers closed US 41 from SR29 to Loop Road. Troopers say two people on the motorcycle died at the scene. A second motorcycle was also involved in the crash. Troopers say the driver of the second motorcycle was not injured.
