GLADES COUNTY, Fla. — The Florida Highway Patrol responded to a fatal crash involving a car and tractor-trailer in Glades County Friday afternoon.
Troopers say a 36-year-old man driving a Sedan was traveling northbound on CR 721, north of SR 78 approaching a farm tractor-trailer.
The tractor-trailer driver was traveling southbound on the same road when the driver of the Sedan entered its path and struck the front of the trailer.
Troopers say the 36-year-old driver died from the crash, and the driver of the tractor-trailer had minor injuries.
The Florida Highway Patrol says the crash remains under investigation.
