LEE COUNTY, Fla. --- Crews were on the scene of a fatal crash Sunday that left a LaBelle woman dead and injured two others.
The crash happened on Palm Beach Boulevard at Joel Boulevard.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, at 7:43 p.m., 21-year-old Taylor Hicks of LaBelle was driving west on Palm Beach Boulevard/State Road 80, and attempting to turn left onto Joel Boulevard when her car collided with an eastbound SUV.
Hicks died at the scene.
Two occupants of the SUV were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
FHP says the crash is alcohol-related.
