COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. – Thursday we will find out how long a Naples man will spend in prison for killing a 13-year-old boy in a hit and run.
Last month, Pedro Silva-Diaz was found guilty of leaving the scene of a crash and driving without a license, causing death.
The crash happened in November of 2017 when Silva-Diaz hit Shayden Colvin, who was riding his bike.
Diaz could get up to 35 years in prison.
