UPDATE 11:00 PM - Local FBI officials report that the scene is a result of a court-ordered arrest warrant served by the FBI.
Two people are currently in hand cuffs and police are collecting evidence.

FBI agents stayed on scene overnight, collecting evidence, according to video from the Fox 4 Breaking News Tracker around 3:30 a.m. Tuesday s morning -- about 5 hours after the arrest was made.
Our crew says Crime Scene Investigators focused on the gas tanks at the station, and that there were evidence markers all around the parking lot.
The scene cleared around 4:30 a.m.

NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla. -- There is a very active scene at Gulf Express on Pondella Road in North Fort Myers.
The FBI is on scene with tactical gear on. Lee County deputies are on scene too.
One woman is handcuffed sitting on the ground.
Witnesses say a black SUV and Silver car were being investigated.
Right now, the convenience store is roped off.
