LEE COUNTY, Fla.-- Two Southwest Florida schools are forming a new partnership.
On Friday, FGCU President Mike Martin and Florida SouthWestern State College President Jeffery Allbritten signed "Destination: FGCU."
The agreement is meant to help ease the transition for students going from FSW to FGCU. School officials say this will help streamline the process for people trying to earn a degree at FGCU.
"I think it'll make us both more effective and efficient because we can share resources, faulty. We will be able to share ways in which we navigate students to a successful degree," said FGCU President Mike Martin.
