IMMOKALEE, Fla. — The Florida Highway Patrol says a bicyclist died after being struck on Wednesday afternoon.
This happened near N. 6th Street and West Main Street in Immokalee.
Troopers say a 74-year-old driver ran a stop sign, hitting the bicyclist.
Witnesses and FHP says the driver then hit a curb and struck a garage door.
The car came to a final rest inside of the garage.
The bicyclist has died and the driver suffered minor injuries.
