FORT LAUDERDALE, Fl. — According to police, a Florida Amber Alert issued Saturday for two missing children was canceled the same day after the children were recovered safely. Four months old, Lei'Loni McLendon and 1-year-old, Devante McLendon Jr. were reported missing on Saturday. They were last seen in the area of the 1300 block of NW 5th Ave in Fort Lauderdale.
The report also said the children might have been in the company of Devante McLendon Sr., 23, who might have been traveling in a 2020, white Chevrolet Silverado, FL tag number KCUQ09.
