There's a new push for longer sales tax holidays for school and hurricane supplies in Florida.

A Senate committee just approved them.

One creates an 18-day sales tax holiday for hurricane supplies starting at the end of May. It includes items like batteries coolers and more.

Then there's a bill for a 10-day sales tax holiday for clothes and supplies for schools at the end of July into August.
