PASCO COUNTY, Fla. -- Deputies say a New Port Richey woman has been arrested after being accused of stealing cash from a gas station customer in Holiday, Florida.
According to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, 33-year-old Jessica Towne is charged with Robbery by Sudden Snatching.
They say Towne approached a person at a Wawa station on U.S. 19 and asked for some cash to buy gas. When the victim was shuffling through a stack of cash, Towne grabbed three $20 bills and began to run.
