LEE COUNTY, Fla.-- The Classic Cuban Food Truck serves up Cuban street style favorites across Southwest Florida.
The truck is owned by Orestes and another man; they opened the truck about a year ago. Classic Cuban's most popular dish is their Cuban sandwich, which is made with pork, ham, cheese, pickles, mustard and topped with tiny potato chips.
Orestes is from Cuba, and he says they use family recipes. They also have other Cuban dishes on their menu like a burger, tacos and even seasonal items.
