LEE COUNTY, Fla.-- A Southwest Florida food truck is serving up seafood dishes in the area.
Michael Hahn and Rachel Frieze opened Rollin' Raw Bar in 2015. They say they're the first food truck in the state to sell high-end oysters on the half-shell.
Rollin' Raw is also known as the "shuck truck." They serve oysters from different regions of North America, including the Pacific Northwest and the North Atlantic.
The food truck also serves crowd favorites such as Hawaiian tuna poke and grilled octopus. The owners say they strive to provide fresh and healthy ingredients.
