FORT MYERS, Fla. -- We're following a new development in the case of a missing Fort Myers father and daughter.
The pair were found safe Monday, but now the father is in custody and has been charged with Homicide.
33-year-old Juan Ajqui-Chach and his five-year-old daughter Ana were reported missing earlier Monday by Fort Myers Police, who said they were wanted in connection to a death investigation.
Officers found Ajqui-Chach's roommate, Carlos Acosta, dead in a home on Karlov Street Sunday afternoon and believe Chach is responsible.
