FORT MYERS, Fla. — The Osceola County Sherriff’s Office received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about a child pornography case.
During their investigation, they learned Bryan Viera Carrasquillo, 22, moved to the Fort Myers area.
Based on that information, the Fort Myers Police Department assumed this investigation.
Officer O’Brien and other members of the Fort Myers Police Department executed a search warrant at Viera’s residence within the City of Fort Myers.
During the search warrant, they located images of sexual abuse to children.
Viera was placed under arrest for possession of child pornography and is now housed at the Lee County Jail.
