FORT MYERS, Fla. — The Fort Myers Police Department arrested two men involved in Sexual Battery of a juvenile.
The juvenile had been repeatedly sexually abused by her two uncles.
FMPD Officers learned through an investigation that both Elias Pedro Castaneda,31, and Juan Pedro Castaneda, 30, made plans that if one were arrested, the other would flee.
The US Marshal Task Force located both brothers and arrested them.
They are charged with Sexual Battery.
