NAPLES, Fla. — Funeral arrangements are set for Sergeant Jeffrey Reidy.
Reidy was a 10-year veteran of the Naples Police Department. He was killed in an off-duty crash.
It will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2021, at the bandshell area of Cambier Park (Intersection of 6th Avenue South and 8th Street South).
A walking procession made up of family and NPD personnel will take place from Naples Fire Department’s Fire Station 1 (835 8th Avenue South, Naples FL. 34102) to the Cambier Park bandshell area beginning at 10:30 am. The funeral services will begin at 11:00 am.
Street Closures:
- 8th Street South will be closed to traffic from 5th Avenue South to 8th Avenue South beginning at 6:00 am until approximately 1:30 pm on Saturday, February 27, 2021.
- Cambier Park Way will be closed to traffic from 8th Street South to Park Street beginning at 6:00 am until approximately 1:30 pm on Saturday, February 27, 2021.
- 8th Avenue South will be closed to traffic from 9th Street South to 8th Street South beginning at 6:00 am until approximately 3:00 pm on Saturday, February 27, 2021.
The City of Naples public parking garages located at 400 8th Street South and 600 8th Street South will be open and available to be utilized for parking.
