Habitual Felony offender sentenced to 10 years in prison on multiple drug charges

LEE COUNTY, Fla. — Earlier in the year, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office conducted an undercover operation in the Pine Manor area of Fort Myers.

During that undercover operation Gerald Banks, 30, sold a mix of Cocaine and Fentanyl in exchange for $100.00.

Banks was found guilty for one count each of Sale or Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Sale or Delivery of Cocaine, Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Sell or Deliver and Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell or Deliver.

Banks was sentenced to 10 years in prison for multiple drug charges.
