LEE COUNTY, Fla. — Today, suspects in several high-profile crimes in Lee County were back in court.
Fox 4 was in the court room when Logan Hetherington had a case management hearing when his attorney suggested a change of venue for the trial.
He is accused of hitting and killing 8-year-old Layla Aiken as she waited at the bus stop in Cape Coral.
Hetherington pleaded not guilty last month to several charges including Vehicular Homicide.
His next court date will be on October 10th.
