OSHA is now investigating the incident. Professionals in the construction industry tell 4 In Your Corner they are likely interviewing people about the incident. "They're probably interviewing, trying to figure out if they had the proper equipment there, if the people had their daily, weekly, or monthly meetings for the job site to make sure they had everything ready there, equipment, hardhats, harnesses."
