IMMOKALEE, Fla. -- Deputies have arrested one of two suspects in an indecent exposure incident at an Immokalee apartment complex Sunday night.
26-year-old Michael Sanchez has been charged with Indecent Exposure and Resisting Arrest.
According to a Collier County incident report, the victims, a female and her aunt, said they were in a vehicle in Oak Haven Apartments around 10:30 p.m. when Sanchez and another man "took their genitals out and began swinging left and right, peeing." They say the men then approached their vehicle and began banging on the window aggressively, asking how much they wanted for sex.
When a deputy arrived, the victim pointed the men out and the men began to flee. The deputy was able to catch up to Sanchez and take him into custody. The other suspect, described as wearing a black t-shirt, was not found.
