LEE COUNTY, Fla.-- A Southwest Florida food truck is mixing Jewish and Cuban flavors and serving it up with their own twist.
Ray Garcia and Julie Dana own the "JewBan's Deli Dale" food truck. Ray is from Cuba and Julie is from Philadelphia.
They opened the food truck in February 2017 from Miami. The JewBan food truck goes to breweries, private events and other events around our area.
Ray and Julie don't have a culinary background but they have a passion for cooking and are self-taught. They use recipes that were passed down from family members.
