FORT MYERS, Fla. -- A judge is pushing back the sentencing of Jimmy Rodgers, who was found guilty last month of killing Dr. Teresa Sievers in 2015.
His sentencing was originally scheduled for Monday, but it is now set for December 12th.
Right now, it is unclear why the sentencing was moved.
Teresa's family is expected to give impact statements, which could take several hours.
It's expected to start at 1:30 in the afternoon.
