UPDATE (2PM) -- Investigators have identified the man shot and killed in San Carlos Park Tuesday night.
Deputies say 23-year-old Jonathan Delices was killed during some sort of dispute along Pine Run Lane.

UPDATE: Lee County deputies are investigating the second homicide in Fort Myers in two days.
The most recent happened before 8:30 p.m. Tuesday night on the 19000 block of Pine Run Lane in the San Carlos Park neighborhood.
That's just west of Three Oaks Parkway.
It's believed the incident was the result of a dispute between parties that escalated.
Neighbors tell Fox 4 that they heard 7-8 gunshots during the incident. A walkthrough of the scene Wednesday morning revealed several damaged mailboxes, and tire tracks through several yards and a damaged parked car.
Less than 24 hours before this incident, deputies say a murder-suicide occurred at a pharmacy on Palm Beach Boulevard.

SAN CARLOS PARK, Fla. -- There is a large deputy presence in the Pine Run Community in San Carlos Park.
People living in the area tell Four In Your Corner deputies have taped off multiple homes near Pine Chase Drive and Cypress Chase Court. Helicopters were also spotted in the area.
