UPDATE (9:45AM) -- Police have confirmed that one person was killed and two others were injured in a shooting at a home on French Street Tuesday night.
They responded to the 2100 block of French Street at 9:30pm to find one deceased male and two other adults with non-life threatening wounds.
This remains an active investigation, additional details will be released when they are updated.

DUNBAR, Fla. – Fort Myers police are investigating an incident in a Dunbar neighborhood.
It happened at 10 Tuesday night on French Street near Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
Officers have French Street blocked off. The center of the investigation appears to be at one of the homes on the street.
Several officers and detectives are on scene investigating. Fox 4 saw a K-9 unit on the ground, and the Medical Examiner has removed a person from a home and placed it in a van.
The Crime Scene Unit has been on scene for several hours, collecting a lot of evidence. Fort Myers Police have part of the neighborhood roped off.
Fox 4 saw officers using flashlights canvassing the area. Fox 4 also saw detectives interviewing witnesses.
