Fort Myers police spent early Friday morning investigating a crime scene outside the Fly Lounge in Fort Myers.

Fox 4 was the first media on the scene just after 3 a.m. Friday morning.

Investigators were seen talking to multiple witnesses and gathering evidence outside the night club, located on Colonial Boulevard. The scene cleared around 5 a.m.

Police have confirmed a shooting at the scene.

This comes after a series of arrests, noise complaints and gun permit violations. Back in April, shots were fired outside the night club. No one was injured.

According to court documents we obtained, the Fly Lounge owners have until 5 p.m. on July 31st to turn the keys over to the landlord.
