Four children are seeking justice against their foster parents. Their lawyer in Alabama is asking for $100 million in damages saying the state of Alabama ignored signs of abuse. Daniel and Jenise Spurgeon are accused of heinous abuse of their adopted children. Daniel Spurgeon and his wife Jenise were arrested in 2016 after three of their underage foster daughters were found drunk at a Cape Coral KFC.

Daniel Spurgeon is serving 25-years in an Alabama prison after pleading guilty to child abuse, sexual abuse and torture. Jenise Spurgeon is waiting for her trial in Alabama. They are also facing extra charges in Florida.
