LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- A lawsuit against the Lee County School District regarding the death of a student who died during football practice will not move forward.
A judge dismissed the lawsuit Zach Polsenberg's family filed against the district.
It said the Riverdale High School football coach made Zach and other players practice non-stop for hours without water.
Zach got sick that day in 2017, and died a few days later.
The Polsenberg family has two weeks to let the court know if they will challenge the judge's decision.
