FORT MYERS, Fla. — Layla's family wants the public to know about her service.
Layla passed away March 25th after a vehicle hit her at her bus stop. Layla was reading a book. Police have recovered a red truck believed
to be involved in the hit and run.
Her father says there will be a funeral service, Wednesday, April 3rd.
It'll be at the Gallaher American family funeral home, across from Lee Memorial from 3 pm until 7 pm.
Her father tells us it's a small funeral home, so he's hoping not everyone will come at once.
Police still have not arrested any person of interest.
