LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- A specially-trained bloodhound with the Lee County Sheriff's Office was able to help find a missing woman this week.
The 85-year-old was reported missing from her North Fort Myers home early Thursday morning.
Deputy Julio Lock and Bloodhound Maggie, who is trained for search and rescue missions, were assigned to the case.
They were able to find the woman behind a home on the eastern side of North Tamiami Trail.
The woman is reported to be safe and doing well.
