UPDATE (10/28) -- The Lee County Sheriff's Office now confirms that this scene is being investigated as a double homicide.

LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. -- The Lee County Sheriff's Office responded to a call at 2:00 pm on Sunday, October 27th, on the 1400 block of Juddale St. East in Lehigh Acres regarding a death investigation.
Police have determined that the incident was isolated and there is no risk to the community.
However we spoke with Maria Szmeik who described the scene upon deputies arrival and expressed concern for her safety
"I'm a little bit concerned, with what is going on especially when you are older, and then you dont know what is to do," said Maria Szmeik
At this time, the investigation remains active. Fox 4 is working to get more information.
