LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. — The Lee County Sheriff’s Office says they are currently investigating a case in Lehigh.
Multiple LCSO units were set up at multiple intersections from 61 Street West going North to 75th Street West.
The perimeter also extended west to Queen Avenue north.
LCSO confirmed one male was shot in the leg however the injuries are minor.
Violent Crimes Unit is on the scene.
During the investigation, a deputy discharged his firearm. The deputy is also uninjured.
The scene remains under investigation.
