FORT MYERS BEACH, Fla. — A death investigation is underway at the DiamondHead Beach Resort after a contracted employee died.
The Lee County Sheriff's Office confirmed the contractor was located on scene, unresponsive and was later pronounced dead.
Detectives are conducting a death investigation.
