FORT MYERS, Fla. — The Fort Myers Police Department (FMDP) has arrested a man for murder following an incident at the Cypress Court Apartments.
FMPD has charged Isaiah Morrison III with second-degree murder and possessing a firearm as a convicted felon.
This resulted after the FMPD responded to the call at the Cypress Court Apartments on Seminole Avenue around 10:30 a.m. Saturday.
According to FMPD when officers arrived on the scene they found a deceased male with a gunshot wound to the head inside the apartment.
FMPD says this was an isolated incident and Morrison remains in the Lee County jail.
