FORT MYERS, Fla. — The National Weather Service confirms an EF0 tornado touched down in South Fort Myers Friday night.
It briefly touched down around 5 p.m. near Winkler Road and Gladiolus Drive.
Some roofs were damaged as a result of the severe weather event.
