FORT MYERS, Fla. — Fort Myers Police detectives are looking for the two males pictured in the photos below involved in a shooting early Sunday morning that left a person in critical condition.
According to FMPD, around 2:30 AM officers went to the location of 3617 Palm Beach Blvd after a shot spotter notified officers.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found a male victim suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
FMPD confirmed with us that the person injured was taken to the hospital, and is in critical condition.
Fort Myers police are looking for the identity of the two males pictured below along with the suspect's vehicle a white Honda Accord.
An employee of a nearby restaurant, who asked to remain anonymous, tells Fox 4 that she heard gunshots ring out around 2:29 AM on Saturday while she was working, before coming outside and seeing the injured man on the ground.
That employee says that she thinks the car seen in the restaurant's surveillance video matches the description of the white Honda Accord.
“This is the first time that I’m seeing this kind of stuff here," she said.
