LEE COUNTY, Fla. — Recognizing women who have served our country is the goal of the Salute to Women Veterans
The Southwest Florida chapter of the American Gold Star Mothers hosted the third annual Salute to Women Veterans event this year.
The event took place in Lakes Park in Fort Myers.
The family-friendly event brought fun to the community including arts and crafts, a bounce house, a photo booth, and raffles.
