LEE COUNTY, Fla. — Residents living in Lee County and are trying to buy a home can now have some help.
A new homeownership assistance program is helping residents who meet certain requirements with their down payments.
The requirements are as follows:
- Buying a single-family home- Condo or townhouse in unincorporated Lee County.
- The house cannot be more than $380,000.
